The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful.
We had no toilet paper for two days and had to buy our own. The bathroom sink was full of mildew and barely drained.

The hotel is super central in downtown, within walking distance to the convention center. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable, with USB plug-ins. Immediate repair of shower issues and access to the floor from the parking garage are convenient for guests.
Felt right at home, no complaints whatsoever.
